Background:

An east coast transplant to the Valley of the Sun (metro Phoenix) since 1986, I can truly say that this is home. Over the 36+ years I have watched the area change and it continues to evolve as it embraces its growth. I have lived in various cities including Scottsdale, Goodyear, Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix throughout the years. What I have learned is that every area has its beauty, you just need to find it.

As I have a love for all things home, I decided to become a REALTOR® in 1998, with Coldwell Banker Success (closed, but formerly across from the Westin in Kierland). 

The first designation that I earned was the Accredited Buyer Representative within the first year of business.

I've had the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation since 2000. This required over 95 hours (I did it in a year) of extended study of the business and the skills necessary to excel, beyond real estate licensing classes and Coldwell Banker's premier new agent classes.

Throughout the years I have been blest to learn from the brokers and associates that I have worked with. The companies where I have hung my license included (in chronological order) Coldwell Banker Success, Re/Max Achievers, Re/Max Commercial Investment, Kasten Long Commercial Group (where I was surrounded and mentored by CCIM brokers, and served as their Operations Manager, while continuing my residential career), United Real Estate Scottsdale, and Success Property Brokers.

As a result of my time with these leading brokerages, I have honed my skills. My clients have benefited from the quality market data, information & insights that I provide, from the varied experiences, to help them make the best decision for themselves, their families, & on occasion, their business.

In 2018, my interest expanded to high performance homes, and the building science behind them (not to mention being a builder’s daughter), prompted me to become a GREEN Designee. Annually, from 2018 - 2020, I have enjoyed attending the International Builders Show and the many classes / workshops offered. This has expanded my ability to understand and add value to people looking to build or improve their current homes to the standards necessary to expand the enjoyment of life, in a healthier more energy efficient home. In addition, I can help in proving that such a home will have a higher value than a similar home without the features that go into a high performance home. I am happy to be the resource for the sources needed.

Currently, I am chatting witha number of Active Adults and families working through the process of writing their next chapter. They are provided information and options that they often times aren't even aware are available. I set out the buffett of information, and they choose what works for them. In order to further enhance the service that I provide to this group and their families, I attained the Senior's Real Estate Specialist designation in 2021.

When I am not with clients, and depending on the day / schedule you may find me at one of three Success Property Broker offices located in  - 
             Scottsdale near Pinnacle Peak/Scottsdale Rd,
             Carefree near the Sundial (yes, the world’s largest), or
             Peoria/Glendale near W Union Hills/101 Loop.

Lastly, while I use technologies for connecting with clients, and other people, my policy is to be respectful and give my full attention to those that i am with. Calls are returned as soon as I am able to do so, and definitely the same day.
